The Strana Plus Company has launched a new project in leasing the luxury
properties abroad. Starting from February 2012, the Company"s clients can
choose and book a property for leasing. Basic information on the properties
is available on the new web-site www.stranaplus.com.
Leasing of luxury overseas property is another major project of the Strana
Plus Company. The launch of the leasing project is a logic continuation of
the Company"s successful activity in the sphere of overseas property sales
and at the same time a natural response to the annual increase of a number
of requests for leasing villas and apartments abroad.
"It is not by chance that we came to such decision, - says Yana
Dobrovolskaya, Head of Western Europe Department, commenting on the opening
of this new line. - We can say that we have been preparing for this for a
long time - and preparing first of all from the organizational point of
view. At the end of 2011 we established a Leasing Department where the
staff specializes exclusively in search and selection of properties as well
as in interaction with partners and clients."
The launch of the project is timed to the beginning of a property booking
season for the summer period.
