Properties in Costa Blanca are so popular among Russians that it need no special introduction. All 200 km of coast from Denia and Javea in the north to Orihuela and Guardamar in the south represent an excellent recreational ares, popular among both developers and buyers of real estate.

Compare the parameters of real estate properties in the same price category, but located on different coasts of Spain. It may turn out that purchasing a prestigious property in Costa Blanca is more cost-effective than in Costa Brava. Moreover, the climate here is considered to be the healthiest on the entire Spanish coast. And perhaps this will influence your choice!
