The area is easily accessible thanks to a motorway interchange which is 15 minutes from the domain.
Configured as "village property", the 28 ha estate develops into several farming islands around the buildings. Modern construction buildings form a coherent whole in a pleasant setting near a small road to develop sales in the vault. With a living area of about 250 m², the house is spacious, well open and overlooks a beautiful pool (12mx6m), with a large slab beach, and offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
With a capacity of about 1000 hl in stainless steel vats and coated steel, the cellar is spacious and functional. The cellar equipment is modern and complete (Bucher pneumatic press, scraper, bottling line, BIB ...).
A nice sales cellar completes the winery. It allows to receive the special clientele in excellent conditions.
With a total surface area of 28 ha, the estate has a vineyard of 13.7 ha, of which about 6.5 ha is in Côtes de Provence PDO and 7 ha in the IGP zone. The vineyard is distributed in village property on 5 islets of 2 to 3 ha of vines. A land of 13 ha in one piece with beautiful terraces just waiting to be planted to serve as a showcase to the field.
The vines are well maintained and exploited in traditional culture.
The yields are of the order of 40 hl / ha.
Active marketing in bottle and bag-in-box (BIB). The estate sells 45,000 bottles and about 5,000 BIBs on the CHR and Cavistes network for a turnover of around € 160,000.
